Safety Guidelines & Personal Belongings
To prevent injury to yourself or others, wearing items such as smartwatches, glasses, jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets), or electronic devices during class is strictly prohibited. If such items must be worn for unavoidable reasons, the participant assumes full responsibility for any injuries caused.

Absences & Make-Up Classes
Classes missed due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, if a class is canceled due to TEAM TBA’s circumstances, a make-up session will be arranged.

Class Schedule & Holidays
TEAM TBA reserves the right to adjust the class schedule or cancel sessions due to public holidays, special events, or facility maintenance (up to four weeks per year). Such changes do not affect the participant’s payment obligations.

Membership Fee & Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellation requires a written notice at least one month in advance. If canceled by the participant, a cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded on a prorated basis. TEAM TBA reserves the right to revise membership fees with a 30-day notice.

Facility Use & Responsibility
Any damage caused to facilities or equipment through unauthorized use or use without supervision will be the financial responsibility of the participant.

Media Release
By enrolling in TEAM TBA, participants agree that any photos or videos taken during sessions may be used for marketing materials, social media, or the academy website.

Waiver of Liability
Participation in TEAM TBA programs involves physical activity and potential risks. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that TEAM TBA is not legally responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or property loss incurred during training or use of the facility.
