Today, Kwangtaek continues to compete in the local men’s basketball league, Roundball. He has won the MVP award (Surrey division), and was one of 12 people to win the Player of the Year award in 2024. His continued longevity is a testament to a relentless work ethic and passion—something he aims to instil in his students at TBA on and off the court.
